    The 2010 Southeastern Panhellenic Conference (SEPC), the annual meeting of the Southeastern Panhellenic Association (SEPA) will be held March 18 – March 20, 2010 in Atlanta, GA at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel.  The SEPC Conference Committee has been working hard to plan the best conference yet, but in order to make this conference a success we need your cooperation in completing the enclosed registration materials. 

     

     

    The 2010 Registration Form must be completed and returned (along with a check) by January 30, 2010. Please mail registration forms to:

    The $200.00/person fee includes three meals:

    • Affiliation Breakfast
    • Philanthropy Luncheon (and professional luncheon for advisors)
    • Closing Banquet

    • Resource Fair
    • Outstanding Speakers

     

       

     

     

    Please be sure to indicate your arrival time on both the conference and hotel registration forms to facilitate a smooth check-in (hotel check-in time is 3:00pm).  When filling out this form it is imperative that you confer with your delegation about special medical, dietary or vegetarian needs.  The conference committee and hotel staff must be made aware of these needs prior to the conference. There will be NO REFUNDS after March 1, 2010.

     

    The Hotel Registration Form must to be completed and faxed directly to the hotel no later than 02/08/10. 

    Room Rate = $139.00 + 14% Tax = $158.46 per night 

     

    • Complete the Hotel Registration Form and make sure to indicate the number of rooms needed and length of your stay at the hotel.
    • No deposit is required at this time; however, FULL PREPAYMENT is due when you receive the confirmation invoice from the hotel.
    • Refunds will be made only if cancellations are received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. 
    • A $50.00 incidentals fee will be required for each room upon check-in.
