Program Format: Approximately 100 educational sessions relating to the theme will be offered. Audiences will range in size from 25 to 200 women. The format is flexible and may include more than one presenter. Sessions are 60 minutes in length. It is the responsibility of the presenter to provide handouts. Please focus on developing a session outline/format that can be given to participants who can then return to their campuses and present the same program if they desire. Proposals must be completed online or postmarked by Friday, December 19, 2009.
NOTE:
In an effort to control conference costs and make the conference affordable for everyone, we cannot support the use of LCD projectors for text presentation. If you plan to use an LCD projector, you must provide your own equipment. A screen and powercart will be provided.
We will make every attempt to honor time requests. Please be as flexible as possible.
